Pack Your Components
Carefully place the unused items back in their original Crankbrothers packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
